Alan Furley

Alan is the Director of ISL and has worked within the recruitment industry since 2002 with prior sales experience within media and financial markets and a degree in Business Studies. Before joining ISL, he spent six years working for one of Europe’s largest recruitment companies where he focused on the recruitment of IT, engineering and project management professionals across a range of sectors.

With nine years recruitment experience, Alan is a Director at ISL and is comfortable working on roles and with candidates in a number of different areas while looking to build solid relationships.

Working with startups, scale-ups and VC-funded companies in the UK and Europe, Alan works with an extensive network of highly skilled professionals, enabling these companies to achieve their growth plans by helping them get in touch with the best candidates in areas including management and technology.
