Daniel Jacobs

Daniel is the Head of the Corporate Department and works with entrepreneurs, investors and owner managers advising on a wide range of corporate issues. His main focus is acting on M&A transactions and growth capital investments. He acts for a range of companies from their early stage seed investment through to later stage funding rounds and exits.

He provides training to entrepreneurs on investment and fundraising issues, having led the firm’s partnership with an accelerator programme for Tech entrepreneurs over the last six years and is a frequent public speaker.
