Graham Halliday

Graham is an Associate in our Corporate Team. Graham specialises in M&A and venture capital transactions with a particular focus on businesses in the technology sector. Graham also assists in advising on venture debt transactions and general corporate and company law.

Prior to joining Marriott Harrison Graham studied History and Politics at the University of Southampton and completed the GDL followed by the LPC at the College of Law where he gained a distinction. He has an EIS Diploma from the EIS Association.
