Matt Mower

Matt, also known as the Navigator for software businesses. In his pre-navigation days, he was a developer, team leader and CTO for startups across the UK, Europe and the US.  He established himself as a virtual CTO and then re-qualified in psychology, to become a cognitive behavioural coach.  After this he worked as a growth coach for SMEs, and mentored startup CEOs.  

From these experiences, he developed the concept of Navigation.  Navigation blends many beautiful mistakes and hard-won learnings with practical, useful tools and processes.  The resulting system, named COMPASS, helps software companies find their focus and reach their potential.
