Ian Cliffe has been a partner with haysmacintyre since 2001, is head of the audit and business support department and also leads the firm’s corporate finance division.
Ian is a qualified ACA and is also a qualified member of the Institute’s Corporate Finance Faculty. In addition to being a general practice partner offering general business and financial advice to his diverse client base, he also provides specialist corporate finance services including deal negotiations, due diligence, repeating account work on IPO’s and business plan evaluation.
Ian prides himself on being able to give business and strategic advice to all his clients, drawing on the commercial experience gained from his corporate finance transactions and applying this knowledge to his clients.
