Liz Hunter is an Associate Director at The RM2 Partnership Ltd, an independent remuneration consultancy specialising in equity-based reward arrangements. RM2’s service includes all aspects of design, implementation, valuation, communication and administration of the full range of share option and share purchase plans.
Liz has nearly 20 years experience working in tax, particularly with SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses and has spent the last 11 years specialising in share schemes and employee reward. In addition to her extensive tax experience she also holds a masters degree in Employment Law.
Liz provides Academy members with advice that is not only technically accurate but is practical and commercial and above all effective in maximising shareholder value.
