Hugo Drayton

Hugo is a Board Direct and Consultant for the advertising technology business, Inskin Media, which he led as CEO, from startup until end 2019, to a profitable, international business, with 100 staff across 8 countries.

He has also been involved in several media-related startup and scaleup businesses over the past 20 years.

Hugo spent 2 years as CEO of behavioural targeting specialist, Phorm, following 2 years as European MD of Advertising.com, the world’s largest digital ad network (AOL/Time Warner). He spent 10 years at The Telegraph Group, as Group Managing Director, and Marketing and Digital Director. He was responsible for planning and building telegraph.co.uk, the UK’s first national newspaper website.
